The Wheel Collector is a specialized component designed for electrospinning setups that require uniform fiber deposition and precise fiber alignment. With a 20 cm diameter and adjustable rotation speeds ranging from 300 to 3000 RPM, it provides excellent control over fiber orientation.

Engineered for compatibility with a negative high-voltage (HV) source, the Wheel Collector is available in three thickness options: 1 cm, 2 cm, and 4 cm. This versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of experimental setups and coating thickness requirements.

Unlike standard collectors, the Wheel Collector is designed to deposit fibers on the cross-sectional edge of the wheel. The rotational motion promotes fiber alignment along the wheel’s edge, resulting in a more parallel and organized nanofiber structure.
