You can choose from options like rotary drum, wire, mandrel, and wet collectors, all of which have the capability to produce uniform nanofibrous mats. The rotation speed of these collectors is fully adjustable, allowing precise control, and can be easily managed using a user-friendly controller. The current rotation speed is conveniently displayed on the integrated LCD display. Our collecting module comprises a revolving drum equipped with speed control and a dedicated display unit, providing a seamless and efficient solution for your electrospinning requirements.

Cylinder Collector

The Negative Cylinder Collector revolutionizes fiber membrane fabrication by providing precise and controlled fiber deposition. It minimizes scattered fibers, maintaining cleanliness within the equipment chassis while ensuring consistent membrane thickness. Compatible with both positive and negative high-voltage power supplies, it facilitates conjugate spinning for versatile applications. With a rotation speed of up to 3000 RPM, a length of 30 cm, and diameter options of 8 or 10 cm, it offers optimal performance. This collector can be used independently with a drum collector unit or integrated into a lab-scale electrospinning machine for enhanced functionality.

Disk Collector

The disk collector enables the production of uniform and Circular nanofibers. It allows researchers to study the effects of linear speed on fiber formation, providing valuable insights for various applications. Compatible with a negative high voltage (HV) source, it supports precise electrospinning processes. It comes in diameters of 3, 5, and 10 cm, with a rotation speed of up to 500 RPM. This collector enhances experimental flexibility, making it a powerful tool for nanofiber research and development.

Mandrel Collector

The Mandrel Collector is designed for precise fabrication of tubular nanofibrous samples. It includes a stage, controller, and interchangeable mandrels, allowing standalone use or integration with lab-scale electrospinning machines. Wheel Collector

Compatible with a negative high voltage (HV) source, it features a 20 cm diameter, a rotation speed of 300–3000 RPM, and thickness options of 1, 2, and 4 cm. This collector is specifically used for coating the cross-section of the wheel, ensuring consistent fiber distribution. Its rotation facilitates fiber alignment, resulting in a more parallel fiber structure. This makes it a valuable tool for applications demanding precise fiber orientation and uniform coating.

Multi Wire Collector

The rotating wire collector is an effective tool for producing highly aligned nanofibers. It features thin stainless-steel wires arranged at equal distances from the rotation axis, enabling fiber deposition on and between the wires at low speeds. At higher speeds, a combination of electrostatic and mechanical forces enhances fiber alignment. Remarkably, achieving excellent fiber alignment with this collector requires much lower speeds than the rotating drum collector. It can be connected to a negative HV source, supports up to 3000RPM, and has a lenght of 25 cm and diameter of 8 cm.

Single Wire Collector

The Single Wire Collector enhances electrospinning by enabling the precise fabrication of ultra-thin hollow nanofibers. Wet Collector

The Wet Collector is specifically designed for electrospinning polymers that aren’t soluble in typical solvents, such as cellulose. In this process, liquid crystals act as the solvent, preventing evaporation during the jet’s trajectory. Coagulation solidifies the fibers through a solution bath and rotating drum, ensuring controlled and efficient solidification of the electrospinning jet. This method enables the production of nanofibers from challenging polymers. The Wet Collector operates up to 50 RPM, with a collector length of 16 cm and a diameter of 10 cm, expanding the possibilities for nanofiber production.
