Nanofibers have a large surface area-to-volume ratio, making them highly effective for air filtration, dust capture, and neutralizing biological and chemical contaminants. Their fine structure allows efficient removal of pollutants while maintaining breathability.
Polymer nanofibers with polar functional groups, such as polyacrylonitrile, polyimide, and polyamide, attract particulate matter (PM) pollutants. This results in high filtration efficiency with minimal airflow resistance and good optical transparency. Due to these properties, nanofibers are ideal for face masks, ensuring both high PM capture and comfortable breathing.
Certified Protection
We manufacture respiratory face masks that meet international standards, including BS EN 149:2001, NIOSH, and EN 14683:2019. Our masks are available in various protection classes, such as FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, N95, Type I, and Type II.
